Surmodics Assay Diluent is a proprietary protein-free buffer formulation that reduces matrix interference in samples including heterophilic antibodies such as HAMA (human anti-mouse antibody) and RF (rheumatoid factor). It removes any possible risk of BSA-related issues in sample quantitation.
