Product Details

Pooled normal human plasma is processed by defibrinantion to prepare a processed serum which is depleted IgG, IgA and IgM with the total protein returned to the normal range. Processed serum is diafiltered into a HEPES buffer and filtered to 0.2µm for optimal product clarity. Immunoglobulin depleted serum can be used as a negative base for all serological assay formats
