BBI Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire IBEX Technologies Inc., a Montreal-based manufacturer and supplier of high purity recombinant enzymes, primarily proprietary heparinase I, which is used to neutralise heparin in patient blood samples and sold to the world’s largest manufacturers of haemostatic testing devices.
