Human Luteinizing hormone 40nm gold conjugate
LH is part of the fertility Gold Conjugate family. Human Luteinizing hormone (lutropin) is essential in human reproduction. In the female, LH triggers ovulation and in the male, it is responsible for the production of testosterone. Conjugated to the 40nm gold nanoparticles (BA.LH40) is a monoclonal antibody which recognises human Luteinizing Hormone and its beta-subunit. This conjugate has been designed to work with a monoclonal capture antibody (01042292M), which recognises human luteinizing hormone and its beta-subunit. With a purity of >95%, it has <1% cross-reactivity with FSH, hCG and TSH. The conjugate is suspended in a low molarity buffer 2mM Borax pH9.0 containing 0.095% Sodium Azide as a preservative. All gold conjugate products are available at OD10 in volumes of 5, 50, 100 or 500mls unless stated otherwise. Customised concentrations of conjugates with an OD other than OD10, are available by request.
