Pooled normal human off the clot serum which is depleted IgE, IgD, IgG, IgA and IgM with the total protein returned to the normal range. Serum is diafiltered into a HEPES buffer and filtered to 0.2µm for optimal product clarity. Immunoglobulin depleted serum can be used as a negative base for all serological assay formats
